AdTraQ (Ads Tracking on Quantity/Quality) System is a web-based application which is primarily designed to track
and update, on a daily basis, the progress of ad design requests in ASEC Graphic Services.
The system has the capability of keeping and producing information that are needed for monitoring ad designs.
It aims to:
- Eliminate the manual method of searching for ad designs that have been received, assigned to artist for
production, proofread, shipped and archived.
- Eradicate the tedious task of creating multiple (almost the same) reports, from receiving to shipping, then will be
consolidated afterwards.
- Provide timely and accurate report generation (i.e. Detailed and Summary Production (and Billing) Report,
Quantity and Quality Analysis Report, etc...)
